Dr. Robin Olsson

Position: Senior Scientist

Experience:

Dr. Robin Olsson is a Senior Scientist and Associate Professor at Chalmers University of Technology with 26 years’ experience in researching impact and delamination of composites. He has published 2 book chapters and 33 refereed journal papers, mostly on impact. He has supervised numerous MSc projects, 5 PhD students to completion and is currently supervising 2 PhD students on crash behaviour of composites.

Dr. Christopher Cameron

Experience:

Dr. Christopher Cameron is a senior scientist at RISE SICOMP with a background specialising in design and optimisation methods for composite materials and sandwich structures.  He has co-supervised 2 PhD students and numerous MSc students. He is currently involved in several EU projects, such as the Clean Sky 2 project DADIYSO Comp where he also acts as coordinator for the project.

Experience:

Dr. Gaurav Vyas has worked with numerical modelling of the constitutive, failure and damage response of composite materials. He has previously supervised a PhD student and several Master students, and worked on numerous EU funded projects, including ENLIGHT, SAFEEV, ELVA, Safejoint and INFUCOMP.

Dr. Erik Marklund has work with material modelling, failure & damage response, viscoelasticity / viscoplasticity and durability of composite materials. He has previously supervised a PhD student and several Master students. He has worked on numerous EU funded projects, including MAAXIMUS, ENLIGHT, SAFEEV, CHATT and FIRE-RESIST.

Experience:

Dr. Mohammad Rouhi is a research engineer with expertise in process modelling and manufacturing simulation of composites. He got his PhD in the Department of Applied Mechanics at Chalmers University of Technology in 2015. His PhD project was focussed on manufacturing modelling and simulation of composites material with an innovative approach using the advance theory of porous media. He is currently involved in modelling and optimisation of manufacturing methods with respect to better and improved crash analyses of composites. He is also task leader in the H2020 EU project MODCOMP with 17 partners working on the process simulation coupling to damage and failure analysis of composite in a multi scale development. He has supervised two Master students.
